NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2015-12
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for an Interim
Use Permit for grading in excess of 1,000 square feet on approximately 50 acres of property zoned
Agricultural (A2) and located at 8610 Galpin Boulevard. Applicant: Chadwick Group, Inc. Owner:
Holasek Farms, LP
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2015-12 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
