NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2015-17
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen City
Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for Subdivision of

approximately three acres into one lot and one outlot (Villages on the Ponds 11 Addition), and Site
Plan Review with Variances to construct a 23,520 square-foot specialty retail building on property
th
zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) and located on Outlot B, Villages on the Ponds 4 Addition.
Applicant: Venture Pass Partners, LLC. Owner: Northcott Company.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2015-17 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
