SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 606
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE
CHANHASSEN CITY CODE, THE CITY'S ZONING ORDINANCE,
REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
The purpose of this ordinance is to rezone the Children's Learning Adventut•e property
located at 7750 Galpin Boulevard (northwest corner of Highway 5 and Galpin Boulevard) fi�om
Agricultural Estate District (A2)to Planned Unit Development (PUD), and to incorporate the
following standards: Intent; Uses; Setbacks; Building Height, Materials and Design; Alternative
Access; and to include a Development Plan.
Ordinance No. 606 was approved by the City Council on May 26, 2015. A printed copy of
Ordinance No. 606 is available for inspection by any per•son during regular office hours at the office
of the City Manager/Clerk.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED FOR PUBLICATION this 22"d day of June,
2015,by the City Council of the City of Chanhassen.
