VARIANCE 2015-13
1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen hereby
grants the following variance:
The Chanhassen City Council approves a variance request to allow signage logos
to exceed 30 percent of the sign display area by up to 12.1 percent for a
commercial business building on property zoned Central Business District located
at 800 West 78th Street.
2. Proper . The variance is for a property situated in the City of Chanhassen, Carver County,
Minnesota, and legally described as Lot 4, Block 1, West Village Heights 2"d Addition.
3. Condition. The variance approval is subject to the following condition:
a. Signage shall be consistent with the plans prepared by Scenic Sign Corp. within Planning
Case #2015-13.
4. Lapse. If within one (1) year of the issuance of this variance the allowed construction has not
been substantially completed, this variance shall lapse.
