Underground storage– perforated 48” diameter HDPE b. Two sump manholes c. Rip rap at flared end outlet STORMWATER FACILITY MAINTENANCE / INSPECTION PLAN a. Underground storage facilities. Underground storage facilities will be inspected at least annually to ensure continuing performance per design. Capacity will be considered inadequate if sediment has decreased the storage volume by 40 percent of the original design volume. Accumulated debris and sediment will be removed, and inlet and outlet structures will be kept clear of any flow impediments. b. Sump manholes. Sump manholes will be inspected in the spring and fall of each year. All sediment and debris will be removed as needed such that the stormwater facilities operate as designed and permitted. c. Rip rap at flared end outlet. Rip rap to be inspected at least annually when underground storage facility is inspected. Any debris or trash shall be removed and any erosion shall be repaired. STORMWATER FACILITY REPAIR PLAN a. Underground storage facilities. Underground storage pipe is located within a 20’ wide drainage and utility easement. The proposed easement provides 1:1 excavation slope from proposed finish ground at easement edge to proposed storage pipe invert. The drainage and utility easement will provide adequate space for any possible repair excavation. b. Sump manholes. One sump manhole is located within public right of way and the second is located within a 20’ wide drainage and utility easement. The right of way and drainage and utility easement will provide adequate space for any possible repair excavation. c. Rip rap at flared end outlet. Rip rap shall be repaired or supplemented as necessary to maintain adequate erosion control and energy dissipation.
