Skluzacek 1190 Lyman Blvd. Chanhassen, MN 55317 Re: Planning Case #2015-15, Variance Request Dear Mr. Skluzacek: This letter is to inform you that on August 18, 2015, the Planning Commission, acting as the Board of Appeals and Adjustments, approved a 25 -foot variance request from the 75 -foot wetland setback, based on the approximate wetland edge on the survey dated April 24, 2015, to construct a septic system subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant applies for and receives a building permit from the City. The City will record the variance on the property with Carver County. The variance is valid for one year from the approval date. A building permit must be applied for prior to August 18, 2016 through the City's Building Department or the variance becomes void.
