VARIANCE 2015-15
1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen hereby
grants the following variance:
The Chanhassen Board of Appeals and Adjustments approves a 25 -foot variance request
from the 75 -foot wetland setback, based on the approximate wetland edge on the survey
dated April 24, 2015, to construct a septic system.
2. Prove . The variance is for a property situated in the City of Chanhassen, Carver County,
Minnesota, and legally described as Lot 2, Block 2, Hillside Oaks.
3. Condition. The variance approval is subject to the following condition:
a. The applicant applies for and receives a building permit from the City.
4. Lapse. If within one (1) year of the issuance of this variance the allowed construction has not
been substantially completed, this variance shall lapse.
