Box 147 Chanhassen, MN 55317 RE: JERRY STORY VARIANCE ApPLICATION Dear Sharmeen: Mr. Story owns a 1.56 acre parcel that is accessed by a 14 foot wide private easement. You asked me if the property is "landlocked". Although the property does not have frontage on a public street, it does have access to a public street by the 14 foot wide access easement.
