NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2015-21
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request
for Sign and Site Plan Review with variances for a 4,300 square -foot medical building on 1.29
acres of property zoned Highway and Business Services District (BH) and located at 195 West
79th Street (Lot 2, Block 1, Gateway East 2nd Addition). Applicant: RBSC Chanhassen, LLC.
Owner: City of Chanhassen.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2015-21 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
