THIS CONSENT TO PLAT, made this jar day of 6xc, 2015, is granted
by U.S. Small Business Administration, an Agency created by an Act of Congress, as amended,
with its principal office in Washington, D.C., and a District Office in the City of Fresno,
California, and whose address is 801 R Street, Suite 101, Fresno, California 93721.
For One Dollar and other good and sufficient consideration, in hand received, U.S. Small
Business Administration, which holds a mortgage on the land legally described on the attached
Exhibit A, hereby consents to the platting of land in Carver County to be known as BEEHIVE
HOME 2ND ADDITION. This consent is irrevocable and U.S. Small Business Administration
agrees to cooperate in the signing and filing of any and all documents which may be necessary for
the filing of a plat with respect to this property.
