submitting a bid.
"The Landscape Contractor shall verify all utilities on
the project site prior to commencing work.
• All rough and finish grading to be preformed by others.
"No plant material shall be installed until grading and
construction has been completed in the immediate
area.
s All plant material shall meet the standards found in
the American Association of Nurserymen -American
Standard For Nursery Stock.
*All container material to be grown in the container
a minimum of six (6) months prior to planting on site.
*Deciduous and conifer trees need not be staked, but
the Landscape Contractor must guarantee standability
to a wind speed of 60 M.P.H.
*The Landscape Contractor shall guarantee new plant
material through one (1) calendar year from the time
of written acceptance of work from the owner.
•If there is a descrepancy between the number of
plants shown on the plan and the number shown on
the plant list, the number shown on the plan will
take precedence.
•Commercial grade poly lawn edging shall be installed
around all planting beds in sodded areas.
e Three inches of wood mulch shall be installed under all
trees and shrubs that are isolated from the foundation
plants. Mulch in shrub beds will be continuous.
Mulch under conifer trees will extend 6" beyond the
trees canopy. Mulch under deciduous trees will extend
2.5 feet from the trees trunk.
