150521_MN DNRIf possible, I’d prefer to see an alternate siting that would sacrifice
a side yard setback or something and minimize the variance for the
setback from the shoreland. It’s a pretty significant deviation from the
shoreland setback, I’d think that this would warrant some mitigative
shoreland plantings or raingarden, if granted.
