I have reviewed your agreement and title work provided. Attached is the revised Site Plan with the following
revisions made:
(1) Because you are re-signing the document I added "an Arizona limited liability company" after CLA
Chanhassen, LLC in the first paragraph on Page 1.
(2) On Page 8, I corrected the notary block by adding "an Arizona limited liability company" where appropriate
(3) Last, the (undated) title work you provided indicates that ECE I, LLC is the fee owner of the property
described in the Site Plan. Therefore, I have added a Fee Owner Consent page.
