NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2015-25
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen City Council will hold a public
hearing on Monday, December 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen City
Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider revocation of the following
Conditional Use Permits (CUP):
CUP 1982-02 to allow a horse stable located at 330 Pleasant View Road
CUP 1984-07 to allow a horse stable located at 675 Lakota Lane
CUP 1985-04 to allow a bed and breakfast located at 1161 Bluff Creek Drive
CUP 1996-04 to allow an amateur radio tower located at 1225 Hesse Farm Road
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web site
at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2015-25 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested
persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to this proposal.
