CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
The City of Chanhassen, in accordance with zoning Ordinance 47,
hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit to Robert W. and
Constance C. Green for the stabling of horses on Lot 3, Block
1, Julius Addition in accordance with the following
conditions:
Special Conditions
1.01 That a stable permit be obtained in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance #56 prior to stabling horses on
the property.
1.02 That no more than 2 horses be stabled on the property.
1.03 That the property owner is required to adhere to all the
provisions of Ordinance 56 once a stable permit is
granted including the filing of an annual registration
statement as required in Section 6 of Ordinance 56.
Passed and adopted by the Chanhassen City Council this 21st day of
June, 1982.
