CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set
forth herein, the City of Chanhassen hereby grants a conditional
use permit for: The private stabling of four (4) horses in the
R-l, Single Family Residence District, located at 675 Lakota Lane,
Verne and Susan Severson, owners.
2. Property. The permit is for the following described
property in the City of Chanhassen, Carver County, Minnesota:
(See attached Exhibit "A")
3. Conditions. The permit is issued subject to the
following conditions:
1. Construction of the proposed horse stable must be in
accordance with the official site plan stamped "Received,
Community Development Department, July 18, 1984".
2. Construction must commence within ninety days of issuance of
this permit.
4. Termination of Permit. The City may revoke the
permit following a public hearing under any of the following
circumstances: material change of condition of the neighborhood
where the use is located; violation of the terms of the permit.

Criminal Penalty.
Violation of the terms of this
conditional use permit is a criminal misdemeanor.

That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW~) of Section Thirty six (36) Township One
Hundred Sixteen (116) North, Range Twenty three (23) West, Carver County, Minnesota,
described as follows: Commencing at a point where the West line of said Northwest
Quarter (NW~) intersects the Northerly right of way line of the Minneapolis and St.
louis Railway, and running thence Easterly along said Northerly right of way line a
distance of two hundred ninety two (292) feet to its intersection with the Easterly
right of way line of State Trunk Highway No. 101, being the actual point of beginning
of the premises herein described; thence running Northeasterly along said Easterly
right of V/'e.y line of said Trunk Highway No. 101 whose course is as follows: Deflecting
