Attached please find copies of the CUP 1984-07 and CUP 1985-04.
The title company also confirmed that there was not a CUP recorded on 330 Pleasant View Road.

Jean,
The City Council revoked the following four conditional use permits at their meeting on December 14, 2015:
· CUP 1982-02 allowing a horse stable at 330 Pleasant View Road (Lot 3, Block 1, Julius Addition, PID 25-3700030)
· CUP 1984-07 allowing a horse stable at 675 Lakota Lane (PID 25-0362300)
· CUP 1985-04 allowing a bed and breakfast at 1161 Bluff Creek Drive (PID 25-0350800)
· CUP 1996-04 allowing an amateur radio tower at 1225 Hesse Farm Circle (Lot 18, Block 1, The Hesse Farm, PID 25-3300150)
We are unable to find proof of recording of these conditional use permits. Can you check with Carver County to see if they were ever recorded? If not, do we still need to record the
certified resolutions revoking the conditional use permits? Thank you.
