RE Site Plan - SCP PE Chan LLCGood Afternoon Mr. Kohler,
I received your title commitment and noticed that it is from 2009. This commitment is too old for our office to use. A couple things I noticed are: (i) the legal description in the
commitment does not match the legal description on the Site Plan; (ii) the commitment lists SEV41, LLC as the fee owner, if that is the case we will need a Fee Owner Consent to the
Site Plan as well as a consents from BNC National Bank and Walgreens.
Please provide a current title commitment for our review.
