NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2016-06
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a fence
height variance within the Shoreland Setback on .98 acres of property zoned Single Family
Residential (RSF) and located at 9001 Lake Riley Boulevard. Owner: Ryan & Carolyn Majkrzak.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City's web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2016-06 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
