Harvieux 6605 Horseshoe Curve Chanhassen, MN 55317 Re: Proposed Metes and Bounds Property Division Dear Mr. Harvieux: Upon review of additional information, it appears that your property does not have frontage on public right-of-way. Resolution #92.:84, dated July 27, 1992, vacates the right-of-way adjacent to the southemportion of your property. Therefore, we are unable to process the metes and bounds subdivision request since the development would not tne~fa11 the requirements of the zoning and subdivision regulations. If you wish to continue with the subdivision process, you would need to request a subdivision of the property with a variance for either the.use of a private street or pertnitting nO,frontage On the public road. Please letine.. know how you wish to proceed. Unless I hear otherwise, I will be requesting that your application fees be refunded to you: .' , .
