NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VACATION OF EASEMENTS AND RIGHT-OF-WAY
CITY OF CHANHASSEN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen City Council will hold a public
hearing on Monday, June 27,2005, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Chanhassen City
Hall, 7700 Market Boulevard. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the request of Lecy
Bros. Homes for the vacation of all drainage and utility easements and a portion of the Right-of-
Way on the underlying parcels of property within the Shively Addition for the Crestview plat.
A legal description and drawing of the proposed vacation area are available for public
review at City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions
with respect to this proposal.
