the following described line: Commencing at the most Easterly corner of said Lot 2, thence on an
assumed bearing of North 85 degrees 10 minutes 11 seconds West, along the boundary between said
Lot 2 and Lot 1, Block 1, said Zamor Addition, for 154.54 feet to an angle point in said boundary and the
actual point of beginning of the line to be described, thence South
18 degrees 20 minutes 00 seconds East for 129.14 feet to the Southerly line of said Lot 2 and there
terminating,
