Per you request during our meeting on June 17, 2005, I want to send some further
clarifications. The dock may require additional footage out onto the lake. The
neighboring docks extend an addtional 80 feet from the end of this dock. The depth of the
lake has not been determined at that point. Also the other dock shown on the survey is
NOT drawn to scale. The actual lenghth is 96 feet. We are assuming that if the other two
docks are extending further it must be for a reason. That reason being the depth. Any
futher questions or clarifications, please call.
