NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, June, 21 at
7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
in Chanhassen City Hall, 7700
Market Blvd. The purpose of
this hearing is to request an
Interim Use Permit for grading
at Bandimere Park on property
zoned Agricultural Estate District
(A-2) located at 9405 Great Plains
Boulevard. Applicant/ Owner:
City of _Chanhassen.

of the proposal is available
for public review on the City's
web site at www ci.chanhassen.
mn.us/2016-16 or at City Hall
during regular business hours.
All interested persons are invited
to attend this public hearing
