NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2016-21
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, September 6, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a Request for a Site Plan
Review and Replat of Lot 1, Block 4, and Outlot A of Lake Harrison to construct the West Water
Treatment Plant, located at 2070 Lake Harrison Road. Applicant: WSB & Associates, Inc.
Owner: City of Chanhassen.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2016-21 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
