Oneis duringtheinitial constructionprocess, thatdangerous period whenretaining walls aredownand theyhaven’tbeen replaced yet. Andthen longtermaswell. Withregards tothe long termdrainage inthearea, theproposalistomaintain the existingdrainage patternswhichare fairly straightforward withthistypeof, these type oflots.
