This oneshowsmoving thehouse totheeast sokeepingthesame footprintbut justshiftingittothe east. And thenalsorotating thegarage soit’dbe loading from thesouth. Hereanother change thatwouldbe, thedriveway insteadofcontinuingupandloading tothe garage thiswayitwouldbeloading fromthesouth. Another alternativewehadwasthen creatinga sidewalk soyou’dhaveaccess tothehousefromoutsideandalsomoving theseptic systems south. Duetoweatherconditionsstaff wasnotabletolookatthesepticsitelocations duetoweather conditions. Frozenground. Thefirst onewasanoptiontohavethestructure locatedsouth oftheprimaryseptic sohere arethetwoseptics in theoriginal location. This is justthebottom ofthegarage sohavingthehousebelocated awayfromthelake whichwouldreducethelong driveway, reducingthesetback andreducingthevariancethatwouldberequired. Lookingat thistherearetwoprimary issueswiththis. Numberone, there’sa20footsetbackfromseptic locationssothere’dbea20footsetbackfromtheseptic siteandthenalsoa50footsetback from thewetland. Toaccommodate thissort ofplan theapplicantwould eitherneedtoalterthestructure andeitherreducing thedeck orthegarageoraltering itinsome way. Orwould needtomovethe septic sitesfurther tothe northwhich maybe possiblebuthave notbeen inspected bycitystaff aswejustwereabletoinspectthesetwolocations. So those wouldbe thetwooptions for Option1. Soasitiswouldnotbeabletoapprovethebuildingplan thatwassubmittedwiththis one. Howeverstaffdoesbelieve thiswouldbethesmallest variance. Wouldminimize ittothe greatestextent possible. However there arenegatives thatgo along withthatspecifically losing theviews ofthe lake asyou’dbemuchfarther awayfromthelakeshorethan whatitwas proposed bytheapplicant. Option2isalotlessofavariationfromwhat wassubmittedbythe applicant. There wereafewconcerns thatwerestated bythe applicantspecifically with windowsontheproperty. Thereare2windows thatwouldbe covered ifyou movethe garage. The bottom room isasIbelieveitwaseither anofficeoradenareawhichdoesnotrequire anegress window asIspoke withourbuildingdepartment.
