NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2016-22
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a variance
request to build a paver patio around a pool at property located at 6845 Lake Harrison Circle -
Lot 2, Block 2 Lake Harrison. Applicant: Outdoor Escapes Owner: Barb Hegenes.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2016-22 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
