Bandimere Park Site Improvements Grading
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The city is proposing more than 1,000 cubic yards of grading for site
improvements that include parking lot alterations, storm water improvements and
the grading of a hockey rink site at Bandimere Park.
PLANNING COMMISSION SUMMARY
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 21, 2016 to review the
proposed site grading. The Planning Commission voted 5 to 0 to recommend that
City Council approve the interim use permit. There were no issues or concerns.
Planning Commission minutes for June 21, 2016 are included in the consent agenda
for the July 11, 2016, City Council packet.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the interim use permit.

PROPOSED MOTION
“City Council approves the Interim Use Permit to permit grading in excess of
1,000 cubic yards and adopts the Findings of Fact”
City Council approval requires a majority vote of the entire City Council.
