NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2016-23
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen City Council will hold a public
hearing on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider revocation of the
following Conditional Use Permits (CUP):
CUP 1985-01 to allow a wholesale nursery at 9150 Great Plains Boulevard
CUP 1987-03 to allow 63-foot amateur radio tower at 6400 Chanhassen Road
CUP 2001-04 to allow a horse stable located at 1560 Bluff Creek Drive
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2016-23 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
