Dear Ms. Smith:
At the owner's request, this letter is to request that these two parcels be placed under a single Parcel
Identification Number.
The City of Chanhassen has no objection, pursuant to Chanhassen City Code Section 20-903, to
combining Lot 1, Block 1, Audubon Corporate Center 1st Addition, PID#: 25-0820010 and Lot 1,
Block 1, Audubon Corporate Center 2"d Addition, PID#: 25-820020, into a single zoning lot.
These two lots are under single ownership. Please revise the legal description for the property to
include both parcels' legal descriptions and combine under a single parcel identification number.
The lot may not be subdivided without complying with the city's subdivision ordinance.
