Lori,
The District has received a set of plans for review and comment for the above mentioned
project. Our comments are as follows:
. 35-foot wetland buffer is required
. Stormwater management requirements are runoff rate control (rates for the 1, 10, and
100 year events may not increase) and best management practices which are
permanent in nature and good for water quality.
