NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2017-01
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a Site Plan
Review to build a 5352 square-foot dental clinic (Tweet Dental), on property located at 7845
Century Boulevard, Lot 1, Block 1, Arboretum Business Park 6th Addition, property zoned Planned
Unit Development(PUD). Applicant: RGR Holdings, LLC. Owner: Steve Slowey.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the City’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2017-01 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
