NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2017-02
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for a variance
to install an 80-square-foot monument sign located at 50 Lake Drive East for Youngstedt’s Car
Wash, Collision Center and Tire & Auto Service. Applicant: Matthew Duffy. Owner: Steve
Youngstedt.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2017-02 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
