I spoke with the Community Development Director and admin about that once I realized that the deadline had lapsed, and they informed me that between the election workload and Veteran’s
day making it a short week there is no way that they can accept a late application for this cycle.

Thanks for the feedback. Do you think there is any way to get onto the December 6th Agenda? Or is the timing calendar adhered to rigorously?
I don’t want to cause a problem – only if it is possible and room on the agenda? We could expedite getting the documents prepared.
If not – I will review with the Youngstedts and make sure we get the documents to you well ahead of the deadline.

I spoke with admin, and it looks like the submittal deadline for making the Dec 6th agenda was November 4th. Unfortunately, the next Planning Commission Meeting will not be held until
Tuesday, January 3, 2016. The deadline for making that meeting is Friday, December 2nd.

Regarding moving the sign further north, I looked at the aerials and it looks like the sign is currently setback 10’ from the property line. The BH zoning and City’s General Location
Restrictions (Sec 20-1265) both require a minimum 10’ setback form all property lines so moving the sign further North would not be possible.
