This is an informational letter explaining the development review timeline requirement for
your Preliminary Plat application.
Minnesota State Statue M462.358 OFFICIAL CONTROLS: SUBDIVISION
REGULATION; DEDICATION-Subd. 3b.Review procedures, permits a municipality to
act on a Preliminary Plat application within 120 days following delivery of an application.
Your application was submitted on February 17, 2017. The 120 day deadline to act on this
application is June 17, 2017. However, this application has been rescheduled for a public
hearing before the Planning Commission on April 18, 2017 and City Council on May 8,
2017.
