NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2017-07
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for PUD
Amendment, Subdivision and Site Plan Review with Variances for a 136-unit senior housing
structure, 8 twinhomes (16 independent living units) and a daycare center on 8.64 acres of property
zoned Planned Unit Development (PUD) located at 8600 Great Plains Boulevard (Outlot E,
Mission Hills). Applicant: Sperides Reiners Architects, Inc. Owner: Mission Hills Senior Housing
Owner, LLC.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2017-07 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
