NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2017-10
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider an application for a
Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning for a regional destination,
lifestyle and mixed use center (Avienda) with Conditional Use Permit, Wetland Alteration Permit
and variances on five parcels totaling 118 acres on property zoned Agricultural Estate District (A-2)
with a land use designation of Regional Commercial or Office use, and located at the southwest
corner of Lyman and Powers Boulevards. The concept plan includes residential, commercial, hotel,
and office uses. Applicant: Landform Professional Services. LLC. Owner: Level 7
Development.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2017-10 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
