NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2017-16
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, August, 1 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen City
Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a request for Site Plan review
for a 7,050 square foot, two-story addition on 1.8 acres of land zoned Planned Unit Development
(PUD) and located at 8330 Commerce Drive. Applicant/Owner: Bongards.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2017-16 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
