We want to update the 470/480 building standard to city standards that does not arbitrarily restrict letter size to 12 inches. This will allow signs both currently and proposed for the building to conform to Chanhassen's current standards. Thus allowing the "MacPhail" sign to conform to city norms and allow the "Acupuncture" sign (which has been used in Chanhassen for the last 8years). We still want to maintain the integrity and visual appeal of Chanhassen as building owners. But this will allow us the flexibility to support our businesses and their sign's and logo's and future considerations.
