VARIANCE 2016-13
1. Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Chanhassen hereby
grants the following variance:
The Chanhassen City Council approves a variance in conjunction with the Foxwood
development for the use of a private street and a 20 -foot setback variance from the Bluff
Creek Primary zone.
2. Prove . The variance is for a property situated in the City of Chanhassen, Carver County,
Minnesota, and legally described as Foxwood Addition, Carver County, Minnesota.
3. Conditions. The variance approval is subject to the following conditions:
a. The private street shall meet the standards in the city code.
b. The Foxwood development must receive final plat approval.
4. Lapse. If within one (1) year of the issuance of this variance the allowed construction has not
been substantially completed, this variance shall lapse.
