CONSENT TO MORTGAGE
Crown Bank ("Mortgagee"), is a mortgagee of real property located in Carver County,
Minnesota, legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Property"), as evidenced by a
mortgage dated q-13471 filed for record on 4l H o l as Document Numberrj 172
(the "Mortgage"). Mortgagee hereby consents to the granting and recording of a Mortgage,
Security Agreement, Fixture Financing Statement and Assignment of Leases and Rents in favor
of Excelsior Capital Sub I, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, against title to the
Property (the "Excelsior Mortgage"), securing a Revolving Promissory Note in the aggregate
principal amount of up to One Million Seven Hundred Fifty -Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars
($1,755,000.00), and waives any default arising under the terms of the Mortgages or the other
loan documents executed in connection therewith resulting from the recording of the Excelsior
Mortgage and/or the lien and encumbrance thereof on the Property.
