NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2018-04
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a lot
coverage variance to build a pool for property located at 7555 Walnut Curve and zoned Planned
Unit Development Residential (PUDR) Applicant: Custom Pools Owner: Nick & Jessica Hansgen.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2018-04 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
