NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2018-05
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in
Chanhassen City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider an
application for a subdivision for a Registered Land Survey and amendment to a Conditional Use
Permit for property located at 1651 Motorplex Court and zoned Industrial Office Park (IOP)
Applicant/Owner: J & R Properties LLC.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2018-05 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
