NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLANNING CASE NO. 2018-07
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this hearing is to consider a variance for lot cover
to build a shed for property located at 1110 Lake Susan Drive and zoned Planned Unit
Development (PUD-R) Applicant/Owner: Mark Erickson.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2018-07 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
