NOTICE OF CONCEPT PLAN REVIEW
PLANNING CASE NO. 2018-12
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chanhassen Planning Commission will hold a
public notice on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers in Chanhassen
City Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The purpose of this notice is to consider an application for a
Planned Unit Development concept review for property located at 7141 Galpin Boulevard and
zoned Rural Residential District (RR). Applicant/Owner: Lennar.
A plan showing the location of the proposal is available for public review on the city’s web
site at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/2018-12 or at City Hall during regular business hours. All
interested persons are invited to attend this public notice and express their opinions with respect to
this proposal.
