grants the following variance:
The Chanhassen City Council approves a variance to City Code Article XII, Section 20-
615(2), lot setbacks, allowing a minimum lot frontage of 79.96 feet.
2. Proper . The variance is for the Red Cedar Point subdivision situated in the City of
Chanhassen, and legally described as: Lot 1, Block 1, Red Cedar Point Road, Carver County,
Minnesota, according to the recorded plat thereof.
