Findings of Fact - PC - SignedCITY OF CHANHASSEN CARVER AND HENNEPIN COUNTIES, MINNESOTA FINDINGS OF FACT AND RECOMMENDATION (APPROVAL) IN RE: Application of The City of Chanhassen to amend the Chanhassen Retail Center Planned Unit Development. On September 4, 2}l},the Chanhassen Planning Commission met at its regularly scheduled meeting to consider the application of Target for a Planned Unit Development Amendment. The planning Commission conducted a public hearing on the proposed application preceded by published and mailed notice. The Planning Commission heard testimony from all interested persons wishing to speak and now makes the following: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. The property is currently zoned Planned Unit Development District. 2. The property is guided by the Land Use Plan for Commercial' 3. The legal description of the property is: Lot l, Block I and Outlot A, Chanhassen Retail Addition; Outlot A, Chanhassen Retail 2d,qddition; Lots 1-3, Block l, Chanhassen Retail 3d Addition; Lots 1-2, Block 3, Burdick Park Addition; and, Lot 1, Block 1, Chanhassen Retail4fr Addition' 4. The proposed amendment to the PUD is consistent with the guidelines outlined within the comprehensive Plan. 5. The planning report #2018-15, dated Septemb er 4,2018, prepared by MacKenzie Walters is incorporated herein. RECOMMENDATION The Chanhassen Planning Commission recommends that City Council approve the Chanhassen Retail Center Planned Unit Development Amendment 2018-15.
