that the Chanhassen Planning
Commission will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday September
18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers in Chanhassen City
Hall, 7700 Market Blvd. The
purpose of this hearing is to
consider a variance application
to install a septic system within
the required Subsurface Sewer
Treatment Systems setbacks,
front yard setback, and bluff
setback and impact zone located
at 821 Creekwood Drive and zoned
Agricultural Estate District (A2).
