The purpose of this meeting is to consider adding additional items to the retail sales list and allow temporary outdoor events and sales to be held at the property located at 10000 Great Plains Boulevard and zoned Agricultural Estate District (A-2). The property operates as a garden center and use of the property is governed by the City’s Zoning Code and a court stipulation agreement that lists the permitted non-conforming uses for the property and retail goods that may be sold on the property. The stipulation agreement allows the City Council to approve additional items for retail sale on the property and approve changes in the uses allowed on the property. Copies of the proposed resolution are available for public review on the city’s website at www.ci.chanhassen.mn.us/hallastipulation or at City Hall during regular business hours. All interested persons are invited to attend the City Council meeting and express their opinions with respect to this proposal. Questions?
